Note

After logging into the Builder Portal for the first time, some older Purchase Orders will automatically appear as archived (in the Archived Purchase Orders filter). This is by design, and only the most recently-issued, approved and cancelled purchase orders maintained by the builder's software will appear in the New Purchase Orders filter.

Change orders and variances created by the builder in BuilderMT's Workflow Management Suite will appear as individual purchase orders viewable by the trade user.

It is recommended that the trade's Purchasing user or Administrator manually archive the appropriate purchase orders found in the New Purchase Orders tab after logging into the Builder Portal for the first time.

To Archive a PO:

  1. Select the check box under the Archive column for each PO the user wishes to Archive.

  2. Once selected click the Archive button in the lower right of the screen.
